Video Editing Terms
Use this page to outline project scope, revisions, payment schedule, delivery terms, and usage rights for video editing work.

Payment
Payment is accepted through PayPal or Ko-fi only. The client is responsible for covering any transaction fees associated with payment processing. Work will not begin until payment has been received unless otherwise agreed upon. All payments are non-refundable once work has started.

Communication
All commission-related communication will be conducted through Discord. Initial inquiries may be made through email; however, transferring communication to Discord is strongly preferred. Clients are expected to respond in a timely manner. Extended periods of inactivity may result in delays or cancellation of the commission.

Revisions
Minor revisions are included during the production process. Major revisions or changes requested after approval of a completed stage may incur additional fees. Revision requests must be clearly communicated within a reasonable timeframe.

Delivery
Estimated completion times are provided as guidelines and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by illness, emergencies, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery times. Final files will be delivered in the agreed-upon format.

Usage Rights
Commissioned work is for the client’s channel content use only unless specified otherwise. The client may not resell, redistribute, claim ownership of, or profit from the commissioned work without prior written permission. Credit must be provided whenever the commissioned work is publicly posted, used in a video, or otherwise displayed. A link to my portfolio or socials in the video description will usually suffice.

Portfolio and Promotion
I reserve the right to display commissioned work in my portfolio. I reserve the right to post clips, screenshots, previews, or excerpts of commissioned work on social media and other platforms for promotional purposes. Unless otherwise agreed upon, commissioned work may be showcased after completion. I reserve the right to stream or publicly share portions of my workflow, including work-in-progress footage, on social media, livestreams, or similar platforms.

Client Responsibilities
The client must provide all necessary assets, references, and information required for the commission. The client confirms they have permission to use any materials they provide. Delays caused by missing assets or incomplete information may affect delivery times.

Cancellation
I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any commission at my sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason. If a commission is canceled before work has begun, a refund may be issued at my discretion. If a commission is canceled after work has started, partial or full refunds are not guaranteed.

Acceptance
By commissioning me, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.

Full-length videos, documentaries, and longer content.
Visualizer

Base visualizer video. Additional scenes billed at +$10 each.
